Return Process

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables and manuals, to ensure eligibility for a refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
